Social Responsibility

On December 10, 1919, during the War of Independence, 3,000 women from Kastamonu gathered in the courtyard of the Kastamonu Girls’ Teacher Training School to protest the occupying states and sent telegrams to their leaders. This event marks the first women’s rally held in Turkey.
